Stephanie grew up on a farm (mixed enterprise – livestock and broad acre cropping) outside Young NSW. 

Stephanie’s working career has been mostly in a big 4 professional services / consulting firm in Sydney, London, Melbourne facilitating the design and implementation of strategy for client in the Government and Corporate spaces.
Stephanie moved home to the farm five years ago where she now lives with two young kids and husband and they run an on-farm brewery.
Stephanie continues to do her own consulting and facilitation work now independently, with Proagtive being one of those jobs. 

Stephanie came across Proagtive after her family went through succession and used their services.
At the time She was really curious about the process and loved it.
Stephanie was impressed by how it was particularly focussed on family relationships and felt like it would perfectly blend her experience in facilitation with her love for the land and rural families.
